Getting Real About Positive Workplace Culture
Building and leading a genuinely optimistic culture
(an honest, responsive, robust,
interdependent, responsible team)
- to create a truly liveable workplace.
This workshop is tailored to either managers or front-line teams - and focuses on leading, creating or maintaining a positive culture.
Thinking of Melbourne and other Australian states being among the world's "most liveable cities", we ask how "liveable" is your workplace? Is your team able to replace each other, flexible, dynamic and truly have a voice? Do they take on the responsibility for their actions and live up to your company core values?
Julienne strikes the balance of being hard-hitting and fun, in telling some home truths, while also affirming your team so that listen to the tools and techniques given to make genuine and immediate change to create a positive environment and working culture.
